The Infrared Sauna
Full-Spectrum Infrared: NIR, MIR & FIROur infrared saunas use three wavelengths for complete therapeutic benefits. Each penetrates different depths for targeted healing.
Near Infrared (NIR) - 700-1200nm
- Penetration: Just below skin surface
- Benefits: Wound healing, cell regeneration, skin revitalization, acne reduction, collagen synthesis, fine lines and wrinkles improvement
- Optimal wavelength: 880nm
Mid Infrared (MIR)
- Penetration: Soft tissue depth
- Benefits: Reduces inflammation and pain, accelerates healing, expands blood vessels, improves circulation, supports weight loss, stimulates cardiovascular system
- Effect: Raises body temperature and metabolic rate like exercise
Far Infrared (FIR)
- Penetration: Deepest - reaches stored toxins
- Benefits: Detoxification through perspiration, weight loss, increased heart rate (mild cardio effect), reduced pain and joint stiffness, decreased inflammation, improved blood flow
- Result: Removes toxins, cholesterol, and heavy metals from fat cells
Full-Spectrum Advantage: All three wavelengths working together create a complete therapeutic experience - from surface-level skin rejuvenation to deep cellular detoxification.
Protocol: 20–40 min sessions at 120–150°F, 3–4x per week.
